Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to execute the sales and marketing strategy across diverse markets.
• Work closely with leadership to formulate and implement the overall business strategy for sales and marketing.
• Provide valuable customer intelligence, evaluate market and economic trends, and adjust sales strategies to surpass customer expectations, resulting in increased revenue.
• Present industry and competitor research findings to support the sales strategy for the marketplace.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify market trends effectively.
• Set and oversee the marketing budget.
• Maintain client and marketing databases.
• Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Define, create, and implement distribution, communication, and sales strategies for marketing materials.
• Provide support for additional sales and marketing activities as needed.
• Engage in marketing efforts such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales/IT or equivalent (SLIM, CIM).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and marketing role in the IT field is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to contribute positively to a team-based environment.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and creatively with minimal direction.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and thinking outside the box.
