Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to execute the sales and marketing strategy across diverse markets.
- Work closely with leadership to formulate and implement the overall business strategy for sales and marketing.
- Provide valuable customer intelligence, evaluate market and economic trends, and adjust sales strategies to surpass customer expectations, resulting in increased revenue.
- Present industry and competitor research findings to support the sales strategy for the marketplace.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify market trends effectively.
- Set and oversee the marketing budget.
- Maintain client and marketing databases.
- Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Define, create, and implement distribution, communication, and sales strategies for marketing materials.
- Provide support for additional sales and marketing activities as needed.
- Engage in marketing efforts such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales/IT or equivalent (SLIM, CIM).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and marketing role in the IT field is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven ability to contribute positively to a team-based environment.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and creatively with minimal direction.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and thinking outside the box.
